Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone. Before your appointment, please fill out the New Patient Form and bring it with you. Our office can help with dental emergencies and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Facility
One of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients, for this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We proudly provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. We are sure that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Financial
We are committed to providing you with the best possible care and we will be happy to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is very important to our relationship. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. When extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our financial coordinator. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If you have dental insurance we will gladly process your claims as a courtesy for your direct reimbursement.
For those that do not have insurance we offer an in house discount on services. Ask our front office staff for details. We also offer a 5% cash and 3% for credit discount for payment in full at the start of treatment.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care.
